By working with each client individually, they can visit a retail location without a website or corporate identity and leave with a strong Internet presence and brand.

NewMediaPlus' intent is to become a partner with each client and provide powerful and cost-effective solutions. NewMediaPlus customer service representatives are available to assist clients by phone, online through live chat, and in person at the retail locations open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Clients can access their information and files by logging onto their NewMediaPlus accounts online or by visiting any retail location. Any client who requires additional or customized services will be referred to our partner, LV Media Group.

NewMediaPlus' services for small- to mid-sized companies include:

• Online Services. NewMediaPlus enables individuals and clients to easily create and develop websites, logos, conduct search-engine optimization (SEO) and access IT solutions online
• Retail Locations. All of the online services are available at our retail locations, with One-on-One help from qualified and creative specialists. In addition, other services vital to small- and mid-sized business are available
• LV Media Group. A high-end graphic design and Web development firm. Clients who need additional support and/or more customized solutions will be referred to LVMG.
